摘要：

The problem consciousness is the key to cultivating innovative talents. Traditional teaching philosophy of "knowledge-based, teacher-based, instilling based" thinking ignores the subjectivity of students is not conducive to the cultivation of students' awareness of the issue. Awareness of the problem students need to be made in the following aspects change: proceed from the multiple paths educational philosophy, management system, team building and evaluation systems, etc., focus, focus on innovation, so that the curriculum content, teaching methods and educational tools would be enhanced and optimized.
