摘要
This paper establishes the evaluation index system of regional technology innovation ability. And the comprehensive evaluated regional technology innovation ability of Tyan between 2004 and 2008 is carried out by means of principal component analysis and entropy. And then we use Granger causality test on regional technology innovation ability and some indexes about resource degradation and environments to find the factors that have an effect on regional technology innovation ability, which are the consumption of coal and water per ten thousand Yuan of GDP, the emission load of chemical oxygen demand and target rate of industrial waste gas dust, and effective control these factors will enhance the regional technology innovation ability.
