摘要：
In order to maintain continuous development, universities should adopt innovative management theory under the global background. As an innovative management tool, the balanced scorecard (BSC) starts with the mission and vision and translates them into a comprehensive set of performance measure. This paper constructs a suitable balanced scorecard framework for universities from stakeholders, internal processes, financial results, innovation and learning. And then points out the problems and the corresponding solutions when applying BSC in university.
