摘要
This paper describes our codesign between the Internet healthcare enterprise information portal (HEIP) and hospital information systems (HIS) inside the hospital intranet environment at National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH). In fact, the hospital customer relationship management (CRM) can be categorized and managed through a single sign-on information portal. NTUH implemented an HEIP to serve the hospital customers and to enhance the affiliation relationship strength of the healthcare enterprise. First of all, an overall description on the current hospital status and problem is presented. Then, the data flows and exchange mechanism between the HEIP and HIS are illustrated. At last, the future HEIP blueprint with CRM oriented for long-term care field is also described. Related effects on the information system integration and engineer impacts are also discussed.
