摘要
Digitization has become an integral part of many fields in dentistry. This trend is expected to continue in the coming years. Regarding implantology, digital techniques enable a high degree of precision and accuracy. They thus ensure greater safety and predictable prosthodontic results. These advantages benefit both practitioners and patients and enable new clinical concepts. Despite everything, digitalization does not make everything easier and faster. It requires much more extensive knowledge on the part of the implantologist in the fields of dental prosthetics and surgery.
