摘要:
A method in a framework for analyzing and designing human-centered systems (HCS) for individual and distributed decision support was presented. A methodology aimed at offering developers a holistic view of knowledge-based and decision support systems was developed. HCSs reinforced the human role in processes by involving users in the system's design, evolution and refinement.
