摘要
Fabrication of (001) oriented granular FePt-Ag (4.2 nm) films on MgO (001) substrates was achieved by means of repeated 6 times deposition and annealing of FePt(0.5 nm)/Ag(0.2 nm) bilayers. The annealing temperature for obtaining a perpendicular magnetized. lm was about 200 degrees C, which is considerably lower than that of. lms without Ag layers and films made without the repeated deposition and annealing process. The film annealed at 300 degrees C exhibits a large perpendicular anisotropy of 1.2 x 10(7) erg/cm(3) (C) 2006 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved.
