摘要
Soil physico-chemical properties under three and six year forest plantations of Acacia auriculiformis at Phulwaria and Saresar in the outskirts of Varanasi were studied for topography, colour, texture, bulk density, porosity, field capacity, water holding capacity, soil moisture, pH, organic carbon, exchangeable K and Ca, total N, available P and ON ratio. Results explain the high infiltration, nutrient concentration and related high to low levels of N>Ca>K>P.
