摘要
Duing to high nonlinearity and strong coupling,it is hard to build precise mathematic model for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). So, traditional PID controller can't satisfy control requirements for servo system. On the basis of grey system theory, a grey PID control method consists of grey compensation PID algorithm (GC PID)and grey prediction PID (GP PID) is proposed in this paper. GP PID is based on an improved GM(1,1)-metabolism residual GM(1,1) model. We applied both GC and GP algorithm into AC PMSM servo system in MATLAB/SIMULINK, and simulation results show that it can greatly improve system performances, reduce system overshooting and overcome the influence of system's uncertainty section.
