摘要
Traditional monitoring system, which only provides simple functions such as video recording, storage and afterwards inquiry, cannot analysis video scenes in real-time, intelligently manage events occurred in video, and automatically alarm. To meet the special demands of machine room management in power system, intelligent monitoring is studied and management methods mainly including personnel behavior management and equipment safety monitoring which employ computer vision and image analysis method are proposed to monitor the abnormal behavior in machine room in real-time. The results of experiments show that the proposed method have favorable performance on device matching and moving object detection. The proposed method can timely detect the abnormal behavior and effectively reduce the workload of machine room management.
