摘要
Francisco Delicado's Lozana andaluza (1528) satirizes the corruption of justice in both Italy and Spain. Beginning with the paratexts that open the work the author uses a specialized legal terminology to refer in an ironic and at the same time euphemistic way to the sinful profession that the protagonist exercises. The present article studies the different allusions to the world of law in the work and shows how Delicado dismantles the vices of the representatives of an adulterated system he calls with Apuleyo "literate beasts".
