摘要：
In the presented paper we sought to explore destructive dynamics of group processes. We will look at a specific group process in a juvenile penitentiary that developed in the context of institutional violence and lead to a deadly incident. Accordingly, the interaction of personality disorders and hierarchical structures in organisations will be the focus of our discussion, in which the law and the role of the father are of specific importance.
