摘要：

As a special economic region in a city, the intensive land use degree of the development area is directly related to the sustainable development of the development area. Taking Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area (TEDA), this paper constructs an evaluation index system for intensive land use of the development area in terms of land investment intensity, land output benefit, land use intensity, and environmental quality, and appraises the intensive land use status of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area using AHP.
