摘要
The debate about the academic globalization could not but include the challenges faced by academic institutions all around tire world, imposed by the changes experienced the higher education (HE) in the last decades. This paper analyze the reforms in HE sector with special attention to the dynamics experienced by emerging countries. The paper proposes a typology for understanding tendencies present in different national experiences and end by proposing a new approach in order to understand the complex dynamic game between local stakeholders and major international players in the national reforms in higher education.
