摘要：

• Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma is an aggressive disease with a poor outcome, and the use of autologous stem cell transplantation is still a matter of debate. • In our case, autologous stem cell transplantation was a winning choice, as it allowed the achievement of a lasting complete remission. © 2021
