摘要
In light of the fourth industrial revolution the digitalization of today's manufacturing systems increases. The main drivers are new technologies, such as cyber-physical systems that are no longer in the research stage but lead to various challenges on users site that mainly deal with their successful integration. Therefore, this contribution deals with an approach of a model-based virtual commissioning process design, to integrate cyber-physical systems and validate their functionalities by using virtual models during the production planning. Furthermore, this methodology will be transferred to the automated car-underbody assembly, including many variants and prevent workers from permanent unfavorable physical postures.
