摘要:
A low cost high isolation sub-harmonic microwave up-converter is designed using a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW). By employing the cutoff mode concept of SIW, the up-converter has effectively suppressed the output components of local oscillator (LO) frequency and image frequency. Experimental results show an additional 50 dB isolation is achieved with the SIW.
