摘要：
Based on streaming media technology, we proposed a construction strategy and implementation of the open courses program which can be met the needs of students' independent study better. Through the implementation of streaming media in the open courses, and practical application of theme activities for college students, we can not only improve students' participation, but also enhance the ability of the college students' training and practice.
