摘要
With the expansion of higher education and revolution of employment system, college graduates are having increasingly difficult employment, especially for female graduates of accounting major in local colleges. Based on the status quo analysis on female graduates' employment from accounting major of local colleges, the paper analyzes reasons for the difficult employment as well as proposes some suggestions and countermeasures to pursuing a better employment for female graduates of accounting major.
