摘要
This paper proposes a low voltage voltage-mode differentiator-based band-pass filter. The circuit is formed in class AB structure using only capacitors and CMOS inverters delivering wide signal swing and low voltage capabilities. A 4th order filter is designed on 0.25 mu m CMOS processes with power supply of 1.5 Volts, having the centre frequency of 433MHz and 70 MHz bandwidth. Simulation results are demonstrated to confirm the functionalities and performances.
