A 53 year old man presented with massive haemoptysis, and chest radiography revealed a left suprahilar mass, At thoracotomy he was found to have a nodular mass in the left upper lobe, which was attached to a peripheral bronchus, Histology confirmed a pulmonary hamartoma.
