摘要：

According to the development and tendency of the chemical industrial park in China, widely investigations have been made on the fire hazard characters of petroleum chemical industrial park, the status of the fire safety planning problems and problems existing. Besides, the fault tree analysis method was used to study the fire hazard types of petroleum chemical industrial park regional fire hazard and influences factors on fire safety. Moreover, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the petroleum chemical industrial park was put forward from the aspects of the hazardous materials features, production techniques and devices, emergency safety management, fire safety protection and worker operation. Finally, the fire safety planning method, procedure of petroleum chemical industrial park and the necessary corresponding strategies to enhance fire safety and plan scientifically were also put forward on the basis of the chemical industrial park safety planning.
