摘要：
Data from seven patients 60 years of age and older who underwent temporal lobectomy were reviewed. Outcome was comparable to younger patients. Despite the small number of patients and retrospective nature of the study, the data support the efficacy and safety of temporal lobectomy in this age group. (C) 2007 Elsevier Inc.
