摘要：
The frequency ranges used by RF applications like 5G new radio (5G NR) and automotive radar require engineers to use a spectrum analyzer for insights when developing new systems. The latest digital oscilloscopes from Rohde & Schwarz, the R&S RTO6 series, contain low noise analog front-ends and high sampling rate analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with excellent spurious-free dynamic range.
