摘要：

As the moral ideas and behaviors of the students in the modern colleges and universities tend to become diversified, practical and utilitarian, it is necessary to implement the teaching reform and innovation of the course Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Basic Laws, pay sufficient attention to the ideological characteristics of these students and show respect to their subject consciousness, elaborately design the teaching contents and better play the main channel role of this course in the ideological and moral education, in order to obtain a satisfactory result. In this paper, the problems in the current teaching situation of the course Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Basic Laws are analyzed and also new ideas for the teaching reform are raised.
