摘要
Collecting data in a large number, this paper studied eight factors that affect the standard of tuition. We compared the importance of these factors impacting on tuition fees by using gray system theory and method, established Logistic growth model block to describe the trend of tuition fees, then some measures and proposals of university tuition stem reform are given.
