摘要
Effective knowledge innovation management is the key element for improving the knowledge innovation (KI) performance of research teams in the universities. The fitness landscape theory combined with NK model is applied in the knowledge innovation management (KIM). Through empirical investigation into research teams of some universities located in Beijing and Shandong Province, the interactions and coupling relations among influence factors on knowledge innovation performance are discussed, and the roles on the improving the performance played by the fitness landscape theory are analyzed.
