摘要：

The present paper reports initial results of dielectric behaviour of polyethylene filled with and without a certain amount of carbon black, unaged and UV radiated for an extended period of time, investigated in the frequency range of 10(-5)Hz to 10(6)Hz. The dielectric behaviour of the LDPE flat samples show a presence of relaxation peaks obeying the fractional power law in addition to a Quasi-DC process as the ageing progresses.
