摘要
This article introduces a system which utilizes the Fourier transform of laser beam to extract defect data from part, and then carries out optical information processing under microcomputer control. Automatic measurment and classification of axial and radial jitters on precision parts, automatic feeding and printing of statistical parameters are implemented. Finally, the measurement error of this system is analyzed theoretically. Constructional simplicity, low cost, highly automatic, and good measurement reliability are features of this system. Practical measurement on a large amount of parts shows that the proposed system effectively alleviates worker's laboring tension and increases the production rate.
