摘要：

We have measured the temperature-dependent electrical conductivity (77-800 K), photoconductivity spectra, and optical reflectivity spectra (1-6 eV) of T1In(1-x)Ce(x)Se(2) single crystals. The results were used to evaluate the activation energy of impurities in the crystals and their band gap, refractive index, and dielectric permittivity.
