摘要
The effect of the inherent biological variability of morphological and physiological parameters on deposition, clearance and dosimetry of inhaled radon progeny in the human lung can be described mathematically by stochastic models. In contrast to currently used deterministic models, stochastic models allow not only the computation of average dose values, but also provide valuable information on the statistical distributions of these cellular doses.
