Membrane-based gas separation has been applied for carbon dioxide (CO2) removal from commercial city gas supply plants in Japan. This paper provides the relationship between methane reforming process, design of two-stage membrane process and their optimization. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
