摘要
The objective of the study was to analyze the training by labor competencies of the professors of the Polytechnic University of Cabimas; with the contributions of Perez (2018), Rivadeneira (2017), among others. The methodology was analytical, supported by the positivist paradigm with field design, not experimental. It is concluded that the training by labor competencies of the professors of the Polytechnic University of Cabimas adapts to the demands of the work environment; The intellectual skills they develop are good and the personal skills excellent. The permanent work skills training component prevails, characterized by a behavioral skills training model.
