摘要：

We describe the case of a 41-year-old woman with primary Sjogren's syndrome (SS) who presented multiple recurrences of breast amyloidosis. Each recurrence of breast amyloidosis showed different sonographic features, potentially mimicking malignancy. We briefly discuss the possible cause of this variability in imaging features based on the radiologic-histologic correlation.
