The simultaneous solubility of ammonia and carbon dioxide in aqueous solutions of ammonium sulfate and mixtures containing ammonium- and sodium sulfate was measured at temperatures from 313 K to 393 K and total pressures up to 10 MPa. Experimental results are reported and compared with correlations and predictions. Predicted results in most cases agree well with experimental data. (C) 1996 Academic Press Limited
