摘要
The war on drugs tactic of cursing and demeaning some of the drug users is part of a broader strategy to prevent these people from entering public order as citizens. This movement of exclusion corresponds to a correlated movement of inclusion of these people in the category of Homines sacri, that is, non-sacrifiable beings passive to all sorts of justifiable extermination. At the same time, the barrier to profanation functions as another way of establishing a public legal order that includes all human beings. The arguments in this article are based on concepts by Giorgio Agamben, such as the aforementioned Homo sacer and profanation, and others such as gangs and dispositive. The concept of secularization is added to these trying to call the attention on the role of the religious agents in keeping or breaking those tactics of war, typical of an State of Exception.
