摘要
The oxidation of methionine by nicotinium dichromate (NDC) has been studied in different classes of water/organic solvent mixtures according to their excess molar free energy function. The rate data are correlated with different solvent parameters using linear multiple regression equations. From the results, information on the solvent-reactants and the solvent transition state interactions is obtained.
