摘要：

This paper applies the unified analyzing method to conduct an efficacy demonstration analyzing about the funds sources and expenditures of regular institutions of China's higher education from 1996 to 2003. This paper draws conclusions that the sources of educational funds or in other words, the financing approaches and channels have significantly positive efficacy with the number of enrolled students in regular institutions of higher education, and funds of social organizations and citizens for running schools have greater efficacy to promote the development of higher education. This paper also puts forward the method of institution innovation of higher education financing.
