摘要
The NG108-15 cell line is an important neural mode in vitro. When it is exposed for dibutyryl cyclic AMP(dc-AMP), the cell will differentiated as neuron which has some neural morphology character. So many labs use the cell line to research ion channel, membrane receptor and neurotransmitter and so on. In this study, we use NG108-15 cell as a hypothalamic neuron mode to research the response character of the NG108-15 cell to different concentration leptin. The result found that the differentiated NG108-15 cell has no obvious and regular dose effect comparing with the primary hypothalamic neuron of mouse.
