Human capital investment is a complex activity, involved in a wide range. Because its investors and investment content are different, it can be studied by a variety of perspectives and a variety of ideas. In this paper, the main investment is the enterprise, investment content is education training, and investment theme is human capital investment in education carried out by companies.
