摘要
The paper describes the application of the Cole-Cole model for determining the recovery voltage runs of a paper-oil insulation sample through computer simulation. Time constant tau(u) of the recovery voltage decay was selected as the parameter determining the condition of the insulation sample under study. Different insulation conditions were simulated by a proper selection of parameters alpha and tau of the Cole-Cole model. For calculation purposes a substitute series-parallel scheme, obtained by the application of the lumped approximation of discrete characteristic impedance Z(u) of the model applied was used.
