摘要
Efficient business process is very important for enterprises to obtain funds from supply chain finance(SCF). Currently many deficiencies exist in the process of SCF such as complex flows and time-consuming period. It is necessary to analyze and optimize SCF business processes. This study empirically investigates, establishes and analyzes the supply chain financing business processes based on Petri nets model. We find out the key process and recombine the model structure. Compared with the original Petri nets, the optimized Petri net model can reduce the place busy probability, control the critical events' risks, shorten the processes time, and eventually improve the efficiency of the supply chain finance business process. This study can provide valuable insights and useful suggestions for related organizers to establish the more scientific and efficient supply chain financial business processes.
