摘要:
The Ag+ modified silk fibroin composite films were synthesized using the different ratios of SF and Ag+. The moisture content, water loss ratio and mechanical strength were tested. The results revealed that, compared with the pure silk fibroin films, the moisture content and the water loss ratio of modified composite films enormously decreased and the mechanical strength of modified composite films increased. The structure and dyeing property of these composite films were characterized by FTIR, XRD and correlative antimicrobial standards. The measurements indicated that two crystal structures (Silk I and Silk II) coexisted in the pure silk film, and by adding silver ions, the crystal structures of the composite silk fibroin films were transited from typical Silk I to typical Silk II. The antimicrobial activity of SF/Ag+ composite films was excellent.
