摘要
The results of chemical and electrochemical dissolution of tungsten-rhenium wastes (80-90% W, 5-15% Re) in ammonia and ammonia-alkaline solutions are presented in the paper. Electrolyte composition and conditions for the highest tungsten and rhenium extracting into solutions have been determined. Voltammeter method showed that the process of cathode reduction of tungsten and rhenium from electrolytes is accompanied with hydrogen liberation. This process occurs independently of electrolyte composition and additives. Two variants of electrolytic deposition of high quality tungsten-rhenium covers on stainless steel cathode in three - chamber membrane electrolyzer with graphite anode have been proposed. Obtained dense grey covers with metallic lustre had a good adhesion with the support and chemical resistance to acid and base solutions. Covers consist of solid solution of rhenium in tungsten.
