摘要：

The universal significance of Confucian ethics has been growing concern of the world. There are some correlations between leadership concept of the Confucian and business leadership ethics. They both emphasized the importance of leadership ethics; Confucian humanism ideas tallied with the humanized leadership of modern enterprise; Confucian "golden mean" corresponded to the modern enterprise leadership style concerned both people and production; Confucian ideas of cultivating the body and the spirit corresponded to the modern enterprise leadership of the moral qualities. To certain extent, these correlations show that leadership concept of the Confucian is still suited to the modern enterprise management
