摘要
Gas separation performance of SSZ-13 zeolite membranes on different supports was investigated in this work, and the membranes were applied to separate the equimolar CO2/CH4, CO2/N-2, and N-2/CH4 mixtures. Influences of temperature, pressure, and support on the permeance of the SSZ-13 zeolite membrane were studied. The SSZ-13 membrane exhibited a large crystal size and a high Si/AI ratio with a homemade alpha-alumina support, and the Si/AI ratio of the SSZ-13 zeolites was up to 187 by acid treatment. The CO2/CH4 selectivity of the SSZ-13 membrane was improved by the Si/AI ratio of the membrane, while the CO2/N-2 and N-2/CH4 selectivity of the membrane was independent of the Si/Al ratio of the SSZ-13 membrane. The CO2/CH4 selectivity of the membrane decreased with temperature for the equimolar CO2/CH4 mixture, while the CO2 permeance maintained a nearly constant pressure. In addition, for the separation of an equimolar N-2/CH4 mixture, N-2 permeance of the SSZ-13 zeolite membrane was unlikely affected by temperature and feed pressure.
