摘要：

Teaching and research are the two basic functions of modern universities. Teaching is the foundation of the university and research is the road to make the school powerful. College Teachers must clearly know that teaching is the basis of scientific research and research is a necessary condition to improve the quality of teaching. Teachers must correctly handle the relationship between teaching and research. So that teaching and research mutually encourage and promote the healthy development of university education.
