摘要
We investigate the effects of the thermal annealing on the performance of the ITO/electroluminescent polymer/electron transport layer/Al device. We observe the enhancement in light output and stability compared with the non-thermal treated device. We discuss the effects of step-by-step thermal treatment of the interfaces on the electroluminescent characteristics. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
