摘要：

With the analysis of common pre-competition adverse mental states among martial arts route athletes, this paper puts forward specific mental training methods on how to overcome or reduce the adverse mental states in order to cultivate good mental qualities to improve athletes' pre-competition resources to ensure that they can keep the best competitiveness for excellent goals.
