摘要
Based on a brief introduction to several characterization methods of the buffer properties of the cushioning material, considering structural characteristics, mechanical properties of honeycomb, this paper established a method to evaluate the cushioning ability that was suitable for honeycomb paperboard; Meanwhile, based on this and combined with existing methods of packaging design, then established a honeycomb cushion packaging design process; When applied to a particular brand of cushion packaging design for air conditioner, it obtains beneficial results.
